Terms & Guarantee

These terms govern participation in the Your Hype Gurl Live Founding Business Partner Program. By submitting a sponsorship inquiry or activating a tier, you agree to the deliverables, billing cadence, and category exclusivity rules outlined below. Your Hype Gurl Live is a Texas-based entertainment agency representing independent comedians and producing live shows, branded content, and community events across New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, and Central Texas.

Our guarantee

We only sell what we own or control — our social channels, our comics, our email list, our Uber rides, and our on-location shoots. Everything listed in your tier is delivered in writing every month or quarter.

Billing

Community and Local are monthly. Featured, Presenting, and Premier are billed quarterly. Cancel anytime by the end of your current billing period.

Category exclusivity

Presenting and Premier tiers include category exclusivity — no direct competitors in the same category will be accepted at those tiers while yours is active.
